Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns or exchanges of products are a right available to all our customers and apply to all products offered in our store.

• All products available in our store are subject to our exchange and refund policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

• Returns or exchanges can only be made if the product is in its original condition as purchased and is packed in its original packaging.

• Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and replacements are available within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

• Please take photos of the product and send them along with your city, address, and order number so that we can process a replacement if the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the agreed description.

• A full refund will be provided to the customer if the received product is completely different from the product displayed on our website.

• We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding the use of products that were not mentioned or described on the product page of our website.

• A 30% deduction will be applied if the customer does not want the product and the product has no defect or issue as described.
