When will my order arrive?

Delivery time depends on the shipping company selected and the delivery agent responsible for your area. We work with a network of delivery partners based in major cities. Order confirmation usually takes 1 day.

Do you offer delivery outside the country?

Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the country and to selected cities listed on our delivery page.

You can request international delivery by contacting our store team via WhatsApp and providing the product weight and details. We can then provide information about international shipping rates through external shipping providers that are not currently registered with our store.

What happens if the product has a manufacturing defect?

Please read our Return & Exchange Policy to understand the conditions for returns and replacements.

If the product has a manufacturing defect and qualifies for a return, the shipping cost will be calculated according to our company policy, and the return shipping cost will be handled accordingly. The product value will be processed according to our return policy.

I want to order large quantities. Do you offer discounts?

Our store provides delivery services for large quantity orders, and discounts ranging from 10% to 20% may be available on selected products.
